Mentorship Initiative
The TCYLA is working in conjunction with the Tarrant County Bar Association to build a mentorship program to connect young lawyers with our not-so-young colleagues. Our hope is to cultivate greater connection in the Tarrant County legal community and provide a resource for TCYLA members to meet and learn from those more experienced.
But we also want to know what you would like to get out of a mentorship program. Maybe you are thinking of starting your own firm and would love to talk to someone who has done it before? Maybe you want some insight into a different practice area (or just hear war stories about the work you are already doing)? Or maybe you just want to meet the movers and shakers in Tarrant County?
Whatever you hope to get out of a program, we want to know so we can help make it a reality! Let us know below if you are interested and what types of things would peak your interest even more.
