TCYLA CLE Luncheon - Sealing Issues under Texas Rule 76a presented by Brian Singleterry

  • Texas A&M School of Law Fort Worth, TX, 76102 United States (map)

Please join us July 9, 2024 for TCYLA’s CLE Luncheon at Texas A&M School of Law as we welcome Brian Singleterry from Haynes and Boone LLP presenting:  “Maintaining Confidentiality in Texas Civil Courts.”

Brian is a trial lawyer with experience handling complex litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, both in Texas and nationwide. A first-generation college graduate, Brian graduated first in his law-school class and, before joining Haynes Boone, cut his teeth as a lawyer serving as a prosecutor, plaintiffs’ lawyer, and law clerk. These experiences shaped his perspective, teaching him the value of avoiding litigation when possible, and the skills to succeed in litigation when it is necessary.

Brian is committed to being active in the bar and his community. The recipient of the Tarrant County Bar Association’s 2023 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award, Brian has served many roles in the legal community, including president of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, chair of the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Business Litigation Section, and a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
